The knife is on it's way to cdhumiston. It really was awesome to be apart of this pass around. The knife is surpurb, it is hefty like a tank but swift like a fighter jet. I may seriously consider adding one of these to my collection!!!

MadDaddy, thanks again for the passaround

    First impressions on the ZT100

    First impressions on the ZT100

Let's start with the sheath; it is nylon with a Kydex type liner. This makes for a nice solid lock up when the knife is sheathed. It has a small storage pouch on the front and is designed for various carry options.

The knife feels very heavy, heavier than I usually like in a blade this size.

The handle fits my hand well and is quite comfortable though a little thin. It has a very nice thumb grip area.

The blade shape is a little to curvy for me and when I received the knife it was VERY Dull. I will attempt to sharpen it soon. I attempted some chopping action with the knife but it seemed to just glance off the wood.

I have not had a chance to get any further checking this knife out. I am going out of town for a couple of weeks for work. Looks like my earlier thoughts are all I'm going to in.

I will mail the knife out to jimmyjo tomorrow.

Thanks for giving me a chance to check this one out.
