Membrane keyboards suck, the feel of a nice crisp break and even the click make typing fast so much easier. It is nice when someone calls me and just wants to chat when I am busy, I just start typing away and they get the message.

You could get them all some Das earplugs. :cadi:

Oh my God, how did I not know about these?! That's hilarious, and brilliant! I'm going to buy them, and this T-shirt.

Seriously, it does. And I'm much sloppier when typing on a membrane keyboard, I've found.

Paramilitary 2 helping me make my lemon+cayenne water I have every morning. That's the gigantic Hinderer mug I got at Blade Show too. The Para 2 is an exceptional lemon-slicing device, especially for prying out those annoying seeds:

Thanks! :manganr: You might have been referring to this one (I've posted it here a lot before) or my emergency Cricket graciously presented to me by a Halo Grunt the other day.

EDIT: I just realized - you were probably referring to the Spyderco you were EDCing that day! Hahaha! There's so much Spyderco-love here, I love it.

Cold Steel Code 4 (AUS8 clip point) was the designated lemon killer today. This was the first Cold Steel I ever bought:

I'm extremely picky when it comes to fixed knives, but this is by far my favorite. It's a Bawidamann POGN (CW) tanto. It's the limited patina finished version (#5 of 33) with an Olive Drab paracord grip. Such a unique and badass knife. I got to meet the Bawidamann brothers at Blade Show this year.

Also in the pic is my Nitecore EC11 which I usually take with me but never think to include in photos, hehe:

[Sort of] better close-up of the patina finish:

I have a Bawidamann karambit on the way; I'm very excited!

Here's a barlow I ordered from Kerry Hampton. I waited several years and it was worth it. :

    Ivory handles, etched A2 blade.

Practicing your picking with bobby pin tools?
You should try it with mushroom pins and blindfold.

Today, for me, it's this again.....

Not there yet. I'm just getting started with learning to pick.

Figured I'd start simple; simple lock, simple tools. I'll be picking up or making some real picks shortly.

We usually start the rookies off with a mortise cylinder with only 2 chambers full and let them get proficient with that.
Then move them up to 3 chambers full, then 4 and so on.

Some days they can pick the practice cylinders like magic; other days they couldn't pick their nose.
