2002 Busse Combat Mean Street .237" Flat Ground Black Crinkle Blade, Textured Black Canvas Micarta Handle
    Mean Street - MS
3.75" Blade Length 8.2" Overall Length .9" Blade Width .237" Blade Thickness 6.3 Ounces
Full Height Flat Hand Ground Flat Black Crinkle Coating with V-Ground Edge
    Textured Black Canvas Micarta Handle
INFI Blade Steel, Busse Logo, Small Choil, Tube Fasteners, Talon Hole
This knife is Brand New directly from a Private Knife collection where it spent it's life in a safe. The Busse Combat Mean Street has long since been discontinued and extremely hard to find.
The Busse Combat Mean Street was introduced by Jerry Busse in 1999 and has long been since discontinued. That is about the same time that Jerry started using INFI steel in his Busse knives. This model was made to be a great smaller overall knife that fits in the hand, that can handle all of your everyday duties and be legal to carry in most places. This model is what is the start of one of the best models every made. Since than, many other models based off this model has been made and in different variants and different thickness.
Here is a Rare Knife in Mint Condition which is super rare. I was told this one is from 2002 and from the looks of this, it has all the signs of such. This Mean Street has a Full Height Flat Hand Ground Flat Black Crinkle Coating with V-Ground Edge. The Black crinkle coating came after the smooth black coating about 2002 and this one also has the Busse logo which is about 2002. The handle is a quilted Textured Black Canvas Micarta Handle. This one is made of INFI steel as with any Mean Streets with the tube fasteners. As most Busse collectors know, Busse Combat knives Do Not come with a sheath but this knife comes with a Black Kydex sheath w/Tec-Loc. I believe this knife was sent out from the previous owner and had a custom sheath made for this knife. This is a Historical Grail and a must for any serious Busse Collector! This is one of those knives that is usually passed on from one HOG to another. This still retains the original V-ground Edge. INFI is a proprietary Steel is used ONLY by Busse Combat knives. This is Brand New, never used, carried or sharpened.

Custom Scott Cook Triple Hollow Ground Dagger 154CM Blade w/Desert Ironwood Handle

    Overall length is 16 1/4"
    Blade length is 11"
    Blade: 154CM SS
    Handle: Desert Ironwood
    Guard & Pommel: Ti 6AL 4V

Scott Cook made his first knife in 1991 and has only gotten better with each year. He is the very first knife maker to do the Integral folder and he has made very few custom Fixed Blade. Here is a True Grail from a one of the Top Knife makers in the world! This may be your one and only shot at a Once in a Lifetime Chance to own this Beautiful Short Sword/Dagger. This is a Custom Scott Cook fixed blade which can not be ordered or won in any lottery. The last one of these I had was much smaller at 10.5" Overall and made in 2001 and sold on ebay for $2900. That was until 2014 when he made this exact knife, he has not made another dagger within the last 16 plus years. This is a true one of a kind custom and there will never be another one like it! This is recent one and comes with the DOB card showing this was completed in December of 2014. Scott even write a bit of a description about this particular knife on his own letterhead with his signature that goes along with this piece of art. So you have all the documentation you need because nobody will believe you have a custom Scott Cook Custom Dagger. The design of this piece looks plain and simple but if you look close there are very precise lines that are super clean with small details that makes this so beautiful. He went all the way to the finish with the customization of this knife so much as to design a custom stand for it. This will even come with a custom knife stand also made by Scott from the same piece of wood used to make the handle! The post that the blade rests on is padded with felt and is magnetic so it will hold the knife without fear of movement. It's all the small details like the magnets that you can and can't see that makes this a true piece of art. Also included is a Large Bill's soft case to store the knife should you not want to display the knife. This comes from my personal collection and I purchased this directly from Scott Cook. This will come with the box, Date of Birth Card, Tool, Ribbon, Abalone Bead on Black Leather Lanyard, and wrapping. As you can see, this knife was finished in August of 2018, so this is about as new as you are going to get for a knife documentation. This is Brand New: never used, carried or sharpened!

This is Brand New straight from the Busse Custom Shop! This Fatback Defender model with standard handles was available for sale starting April 27th 2016 through May 5th, 2016 and has been discontinued so can no longer be order from the Busse Combat.

The original Public Defender was introduced by Jerry Busse in 2002. The Public Defender was a really cool knife with only a 4.5" blade at about .187" thick. Well, fast forward 14 years later, Busse takes the design and adds an Ergo Handle to the design and makes it in three versions. The versions are: Ergo Public Defender Limited Edition, the Ergo Public Defender Battle Grade and the thick version called Fatback Defender! Garth Reckner first introduced the Fatback Defender in Spring of 2016 and it has long since been discontinued. You will notice all Fatback Defenders were offered through the Busse Custom Shop and that is because these were all done by hand. The ones that were available for order have a custom Deep Hollow Ground Blade all done by hand made customs. Well, this one is different and is a full blown custom and the Busse Custom Show wanted to change things up by also changing the blade shape/grind but also the handle. They put a sweep into the top spine so this one has better flowing lines with a completely different blade shape. Instead of the double ground Tanto blade, this has a beautiful sweeping single ground blade similar to the Porky Parkway. The Busse Custom Shop put a Deep Dish Hollow Ground Grind with a Hand Finished Satin Blade with a very fine V-Ground Edge on this beauty. Then they also went all out on the Handle with a Custom Hand Shaped/Smoothed Green Canvas Micarta G-rexed Mammoth Ivory Bark Handle finished off with Solid Brass Bolts & Green Liners. This was a "One of a Kind" and you will never see another one like it. You can tell a lot of thought, planning and work went into making this beautiful knife. This is Brand New, never used, carried or sharpened.
