    I was gonna say, what good is tvs, cars and liquor (ok well maybe liquor) when you have no power and the streets are flooded. Dollar general has bottled water. Hurricanes make people nuts for good reason.

    Dollar General stocks many items such as food, water, soft drinks, grilling, and camping equipment.

    Looters went nuts after Katrina. Looters were allowed free range and had no shame floating electronics seized from stores off on inflatable matresses claiming they were within their rights. Please refer to the airial footage from the many news helicopters (who incidently were more interested in filming than rescuing).

    Yet, a young fellow that happened on an abandoned school bus that he was able to restore to running condition, was arrested at the sports stadium he drove to with the 70 sum people he rescued. Charges were theft of city/parish property. *(*possible/probable urban legend*)
