damn, i really thought you could ano ss, will i need to buy ti hardware for my rep if i want everything ano'ed the same color?

I was more wondering if the purple was from 18 volts or the 75-80 volts area, the ti ano spectrums i find are pretty similar. though i guess i could just walk it up from 18ish to 75ish if it doesn't look right.

So I have a white premium Replicant that I would like to remove the pocket clip. I don't want to sand the barrel nuts down. So does anyone know what barrel nuts/screws I should get from USAKIFEMAKER to replace my existing pocket clip screws?

You can torch SS to color it :devilwag:

Of course this would most likely void your warranty....... but it works :devilcorn:

Spacer screws are 2-56 threads, 1/4 long #6 torx.

The pivots are 6-32 threads, .25 head. 1/4 long #10 torx

I used green kirinite. I'm pretty happy with it. The handles are different from each other so I know the bite handle mid flipping.

I gotta round the handles a bit more and the pocket clip is off center. gonna redo it made it from scratch

first mods to my orange purple rep:

after flipping for my rep for about a week, I felt the horns, and the cup at the base of the blade for the zen pins were a little harsh. Pinched during roll overs, and actually cut after awhile.

So I softened them up a little bit using a dremel.

Much more comfortable to flip now.

Also swapped my pocket clip to the other side of the bitehandle. Now when it is in your pocket, the clip is closer to the outside of your pocket, and much more comfortable for carry. Screws and pins all swapped so heads are all on the same side of the knife
