    I'll start it off.

Here are two I picked up today, I like PPK/s's it's an 80's German vintage and the P210 is new to me but has an excellent reputation... 2013-11-22 10.56.32.jpg

    Gun Show

I spent the weekend at a Gun Show in Mason, MI (about 2 hours from where I live). Had a good show for me. I sold 7 guns and 1 knife. Naturally, I bought something....a Browning BAR Safari .300 Winchester Magnum, Nikon ProStaff Scope, Browning leather sling, 4 full boxes of ammo; never fired. I also bought a Sauer 1913 7.65 mm pistol. It took a bit of searching to find out what the S(Schutzpolizei).B(Berlin) 2194 meant; Post WWI it was a Berlin Police Pistol. Here's a few photos of the pistol; I try to post the rifle pictures later.

Those Pro-Staff's are nice scopes; I recently put a Mil-Dot version on a Colt Match HBAR and like it quite a bit...

    Scope

Shel I was surprised at the clarity of the Nikon optics; not too bad. I will be selling the gun; I don't need a magnum semi-auto.

Picked up a new Italian remake of the original 1892 Winchester, no safeties, just a real rifle.

Stripped it with Naval Jelly to grey it, hand rubbed browning and aged it.

Fits right in with the rest of the collection. Always wanted a big loop 45 Colt. 2013-12-12 10.21.38.jpg

I think that the 92 and the 86 are my two favorite of the Winchesters.

I had an 86 in 45-90. It was Factory Chrome Plated (with the Letter) and was a Take Down.

I picked it up at the old Baltimore Armory Show for $400.00.

I wanted to keep it but could not turn down the $8,000.00 offer I got for it. That was a long time ago.

A new acquasition for me. I have been wanting one of these for a few years now, just because I like how they look and want to make a cool holster for it. I will get to take it out to the ranch over the Xmas holiday and see what it can do.

I've wanted a cowboy gun ever since I was a boy in the early '50s watching Hopalong Cassidy so I gave myself a Christmas gift of a .357mag Cimarron Frontier. I guess with a black hat and blued gun, I must be a bad guy!

    The Waiting Game Begins....

I talked myself into a new Christmas Present and according to the "Sig Sauer Authorized LE Programs" Michigan Gun Shop Owner Sig is taking anywhere from 60 to 90 days to ship this gun to them...for me:

    Sig Sauer 716 Patrol Carbine

As a Federal LEO I get to take advantage of Sig's Individual LEO Purchase Program; basically a 22% discount from their MSRP. Let the waiting begin! I am also waiting for a Customs Broker to get back from BATFE my Form 6 so I can import a Sig P210-5 (German Border Guard) pistol.

Not a fan of Kimber 1911s, but I got this one and rebuilt it for me.
It's one of the non-schwarz safety pistols.

Worked it in and out, 5.5lb trigger. 10-8 .156 rear sight, fiber front, upgraded trigger, sear, hammer (special run by a friend for me) , shoots a ragged hole.

It's a straight, no frills working gun.
