For those that were unable to make the show, it was Awesome! I was able to win my very first RJ Martin in his lottery! And what a win it was, so many people surrounding his table. There were so many more people on Saturday than on Friday and with nothing on Friday, it looked like my chances were very slim! But after a few numbers went by, RJ actually called my number and I was so Excited and Happy that I screamed "That's Me" I won and made my way up the the table. I was so excited I didn't really look around and pickup up a normal Devastator, and handed it to RJ. I couldn't stop smiling and than looked around to see everyone just staring at me. Than there it was in the corner of my sight at the upper corner of the table, there it was, the Devastator that I had handled before with the Chad Nichols Damascus blade. I quickly picked it up and asked RJ if I could switch my pick because I had not seen it three seconds before and he said that was fine. I was so happy. This was The Grail Flipper, the one I would have picked had I been first pick and it was still on the table, I couldn't believe it!
So at the end after I paid for the knife, I asked to have my crazy picture taken with RJ and Matt took the picture with my Iphone to help capture the moment! This really made my show!
RJ brought what most people wanted when he asked at the 2013 NYCKS which was more plain models. All the folders were outstanding with the legendary flipping action. And he brought some different models so there was a selection to choose from if you won the lottery early.
And lastly I just wanted to say there were some really amazing people that I met at the show, and I think most of them are here on JD. Ron really helped out and introduced me to many people that I didn't know. Everyone was really cool and down to earth that I was able to get to talk to! I would have loved to stay and talked to everyone but there were so many knives to try and see!
So thanks to RJ Martin and all the JD that made this a Great Show! Let's Hope I can get one of those forums knives that we are all so excited about! =)

That is awesome; now you need an RJ Martin baseball hat with a Chad Norris Bill.

    Enjoy!
