    Hello everyone, sorry, i’m new here. Please let me know what/if I’m doing wrong here.

    Dec 1st, I sent “ aguillet4 ” $205 for a flyti51 he had advertised as for sale on JD. He didn’t ship mon/tues/weds “because he had long days at work”. Cool, I understand. Thursday at 7:30pm, he still hadn’t sent a tracking number, so I messaged him, and he said “
    Hey I’m going to refund your money in the morning. In between the start of the sales thread and my last communication with you the knife was misplaced.
    I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
    The Money will be refunded via PayPal tomorrow(12/6).”
    He didn’t send the refund 12/6. Then, he sent me a message saying he sent me the money this morning (12/7). He has not sent me the refund. Tomorrow I can escalate my PayPal claim. Any ideas?

    Shit does happen. Delays, work, life, family. If the money doesn't get sent back the exact day, I wouldnt rush to filing with paypal. Give it a couple/few days. Good luck.
