    Seriously, I say try to get what you want. Get both if you can, and see for yourself which is better for you. If you only have enough funds for one, get the one that appeals to you more. If not, there's always other options out there. Look and shop around!

    I got my flytanium finished and assembled, and I have to say, it's one of the best flippers I have tried.

    I have not yet owned a replicant or alphabeast, so I have yet to compare them.

    My only complaint about the 51, is the blade feels extremely "delicate", I'm afraid I'll break it.

    Update to the pin issue- I tried the rubber band thing and it was a no go.
    I was able to use my leatherman to hold the pin inside the handle to stop rotation.
    Looks like someone used a little too much loctite and the screw couldn't be tightened all the way.
    Problem solved - flytanium is a go. :thumbsup:

    I have been away from here for a while. I'm just getting back into flipping them regularly. The Fly is my preference, also. In fact, I bring the Fly with me daily.
