Been awhile since I posted. Wondering if anyone else is like this?
My example is my Pale Bowie. I flip her real good but with it comes to carrying her out and about going somewhere. Seems hard for me to take her out of the house.......
    She is my “Precious!!!!!!!!”

Most of my knives I have that I consider good flippers I don't carry because they are too big, latchless, or the lockup is too tight for quick cutting tasks.

51 still my fav EDC with the spring latch and compact size but still fun to play around with. I'll downsize to a 32 for work or other more public events where whipping out a full size Bali might be frowned upon.

That said sometimes I just say fuck it and carry my chimera because I love it

I leave all my butterfly knives at home and carry a folder. Not sure if they’re legal to carry in jersey either

Nothing is really legal to carry in NJ. A folding spork maybe or a sharpened pickle.

I can legally carry in my state, but I still choose not to. Practicality matters. Plus, if you were to hypothetically get tangled up in a self-defense situation, even if you didn’t get it out of your pocket, simply having it on your person would be a negative mark on your character and draw your intent into question.

Anyone else ever leave the house and suddenly realize your accidentally carrying 3 knives?

You're just a certified knifeaholic, thats all.

The 3rd usually sneeks in for me if i'm not carrying my piece on my right side, and then ill have an esee 3 or jg7 or some sort of fixed blade.

seems a positive mark to me.

amp it up a bit... you have a gun on you and get in a fist fight but never draw the gun. what does that say?

Restraint, but I live in an area where I have constitutional concealed carry and nobody bats an eye at a firearm, but old habits (and perceptions) die hard, and a “kinetic knife” serves no purpose other than thuggery in peoples minds lol.
