    Off to a good start.

    I'd recommend familiarizing yourself with the fundamentals, then working on stringing them together without any gaps in between to form combos.

    As a general rule, minimal arm movement is better. I used to practice by putting my elbow on the armrest of my couch while I flip.

    Feenxfire has a solid video about the fundamentals that you should check out.
