Cpm-20cv, geometry change after heat treat?

So I'm new to this stuff, but I want to make a blade with cpm-20cv, and send it somewhere for heat treatment.

This knife is a balisong, so I'm wondering if there is a way to predict (or if it will happen at all) how the geometry will change from before heat treatment, to after heat treat. I'd like this to be pretty precise, and would also like to avoid having to re-mill the pivot holes after it already has been hardened.

    Thanks for the help!
