    Hi,
    This is my first post on this forum.
    My name is Janusz Bladowski and I live in Poznan (Poland)
    I started making knives as a hobby in about 1997 for personal use and I've became a full time knifemaker since 2009.
    Specializes in making kitchen knives. Making a knife according to their own designs and implements individual orders.

    Very clean designs. I especially like the fine jimping on the spine of your "Cheetah" knife. You appear to be well-versed in a variety of styles. Thanks for sharing.

    BTW: You might want to post under "Testing the Waters" as well.

    Today I want to show you new santoku made spacially for my friend- Chef Ann Marie.

    Blade length: 175mm
