    Handle collar
    [​IMG]
    The handle collar is tethered by a leather strap and locks around the handle
    by passing the d ring through a slot.
    Once the snap is in place on the d ring the collar can't move.
    On the basket / saddle of the sling there is a securing belt that can lock the
    axe head in when a rough hall is expected.

    Great work man!

    My wife had an axe made for my father in law, im thinking of making a collar/cover for it. This looks really great man awesome job!
