I've been dumb and slinging my squid triton around cement lately and naturally they're smooth as eggs so needless to say my drunk ass dropped it a bunch this last weekend. Wondering if anyone knows a solid technique for buffing out dents in aluminum?

You could smooth it out with sandpaper but it'll be taking a fair bit of material off if the dents are deep. Alternatively if you're competent enough with soldering you can fill in the spots with aluminum solder then sand it over.

I'd just leave it alone and live with it. You'll get more down the road playing with it, so just get used to them. They give it character...
