    Nice!

Tina Turner should be there on her own.

No, I meant Tina Turner. She's there as in Ike and Tina Turner but she should be there on her own.

She's not on the list of nominees - I'm just digressing, sorry. lol

    • Depeche Mode ,Eurythmics ,Moody Blues ,Rage Against the Machine ,Nina Simone,MC5 I pick these ,because they all had something to do to the sound and ever changing ways of the music industry , and not because I like them if I went for liking Judus Priest be on top

I see. I think her best stuff was with Ike, but I agree, she should be in on her own. She definitely became a superstar as a solo artist after leaving him.

Isn't this kind of like asking who should win the MTV music awards? Arbitrary inclusion in a made up "hall of fame" in Ohio?

I don't know, I don't get MTV. Aren't all Hall of Fames made up?

to compare halls of fame , if you look at the country hall it consists of country artists some current
(POP) artists most are older traditional artists, Its country music bottom line...

The rocknroll hall has big mix of music that mostly doesn't consist of what most consider rock and roll (they have always ruffled feathers.)
But it goes back to who ever owns runs it gets the pick .
I guess in the end it's nice to see music celebrated and appreciated

    Priest, Dire Straits, Rage, Zombies.
People were stunned when Halford came out. They never listened to the old lyrics. It was obvious to me at 14.
