i wonder how they would stack up on a road course. You can make a camaro spank the hell out of a lambo on a straight away. But put those two cars on a road course and the camaro wouldnt look so hot anymore.

I think about 1,000 HP in the 2jzTT supra would mean that it is a straight line car. The lambo being half the power and having all wheel drive would proceed to murder the Lambo unless there were tons of straights!

i've sen a video where they take three cars..

A POS fiat, an AMG mercedes and an F1 car, then put them on the same track a minute apart with the pos first, amg second and the F1 last and the F1 still finishes the race first! one lap!

i've seen the specs on the car. The "green beast" is a quarter mile car. running low nines - it does not have the suspension to take a track. 560 rwhp at like 3,000 lbs for the lambo's a good power to weight but 1,000 hp at 4,000 lbs means no matter who drove the lambo, it was bound to fail.

it is badass, the Lambo is technically "faster" with a 200+ mph limit.

it is a 2jztt on 32 lbs. there is one much faster.... by titan motorsports which uses a 2jz platform.... it is a SINGLE 80mm turbo @40 psi with 1600 hp and holds the fastest quarter mile supra at 6.73! a 6 second run? the worlds fastest production car (the mcclaren OR the Buggatti) can only achieve 10.5 in the quarter. Fast is fast in my book!

looks to me that the supra only catches the lambo after the lambo smokes him then backs off. Or the supra has way too big turbo's that take too long to spool up. Also don't worry, now that Volkswagen owns Lambo I am sure this won't be much of a problem in the future when VAG throws in a W16 or W18 in a lambo

I have the in car video from the lambo's point of view if you would like to see it. there was one run where the lambo driver DID pull off but only after thinking there was a cop behind them. the rest of the time.. he was smoked

the driver is really not bad.

that run was without nos but it shouldn't matter as at 50 mph, his turbos should be spooled by then. the turbo lag does sound like a bitch though.

I can't see a W16 in the lambo as it's way more of a pheaton thing and the fucker would ruin the power to weight and have only like 100 hp more?

maybe; but you newer know what VW will do. they did put a W8 in a passat years ago. So they will likely put a W series in a Lambo

the R8 is sick stuff

I have a 69 bettle with a porsche engine and all kids of shit. old vee dubs are easy to fix and fun to drive


also, didnt gallardos move up from the 8 to a 10 when the took over??

that thing runs very low elevens.


There's someone running around here with a 700 awhp mitsu 3000GT with not an aftermarket part on the outside ha ha. not rims, only a set of khumo extsas and red brembos with slotted/drilled rotors give him away. Stock muffler welded falsely to the back and some type of custom exhaust system

that and the fucker shifts at like 9k and his ride sounds like a dump truck.
