Patent on Life

Monsanto corporation has applied for a patent on the Pig.
Not some special genetically modified gene that they created, not a artificial pump, but the whole animal. They want rights & royalties on anyone who farms pigs or even dares to research any part of the animal... including it's DNA.
You have to watch this, to believe it. If there is one company that is going to destroy most of this planet or inadvertently cause a disaster on biblical proportions, Monsanto has my vote.

the canadian soy farmer came and spoke in our county. sad shit .....he and his father before him had a good breed of soy they developed. monsanto crops next door. pollen blows over the fence and pollinated his crops. monsanto trespasses on his property, takes samples of his crops. "you owe us 125,000"......man lost his family farm. monsanto writes the laws. i try to eat organic but its pretty much an exercise in futility.

we had a gmo ban in my little rural county in cali. pretty homespun movement. the commercials against the ban that started playing on the radio were real pro...real polished. they stood out like a sore thumb. made people kind of pay attention that had'nt before. but....pollen blows around and voters dont control the weather. its only a matter of time till they charge me for my garden.
