Good news and bad news Karambit folders!!! yay!

The proto run will have Carpenter CTS XHP steel blades and Ti frame locks. Working on what over lays to add and pocket clip configurations now. Looking good so far. Obviously a WIP.

That was the good news. The bad news is I will not have a table for Blade show this year. With all thats been going on as of late, car accident, totalled car, having to buy a new car, kids, wife, and the probability of the wife heading back to NYC to work freelance while I stay in PA with the kids working, has made it so I just won't be able to get as many knives as needed for the show.

I will be there but as a spectator and I might have a couple knives with me, hopefully some more folders on the off chance someone wants them.

So keep an eye out for me, I will be the guy in the Derespina Knives t shirt... (0;

Oh wow! I cant wait to see this one when its done. Looking like a good folder Rich! I got three of your fixed blades and I would expect nothing less than awesome from this folder! Keep it posting as you keep at it!

Sorry about blade and all the difficulties, but no worries man, your stuff will stand the test of time and remember tough times dont last. Great work!

Thanks buddy! All's well that end's well or something like that. I had a car accident that left me without a car for a couple months and with a bunch of new bills...ooooof! Anyway, got the new car hallelujah and all is back on track, accepting new orders almost every day again and things are up and running steadily and progressively! So it's all good but being that these things happened and the wife will likely be in NY for 3 months working, I will just not have enough time to make enough knives for the show so I have to surrender to the old "shit happens" slogan and just go to he show to hang out.

If I'm lucky I'll have like 5 or 6 knives with me.... but on the bright side.... there may be a new Collaboration with a US production company unveiled at the show, just waiting for confirmation whether they'll be ready with some protos for the show. The collaboration is definite though, hallelujah!
