    microtech collection update

a few updates here including an element, CFO II and the new kestrel....anyone want to come off an SnG??

top row- side openers, D/A leaf-fired first, single action second:
    terz/dagger logo D/A, LCC tactical, MTX2 D/A, CMTX5-A, chameleon;
socom D/A, M-socom-A, socom elite tac, MSE-A tac, amphibian, hawk, kestrel (2nd gen), kestrel, vector, L-UDT, M-UDT, UDT, UDT (VBM).

bottom row- front openers, single-action first, D/A second:
CFO, HALO I, HALO II, HALO III, HALO V, CFO II dagger logo, nemesis IV dagger logo, nemesis II/brend, combat talon II, exodus, combat troodon, troodon (2nd gen), troodon, makora, makora II, scarab exec, ultratech, ultratech sterile, element/dagger logo, daytona, UT-85, UTX-70.

i am following a one-of-each theme here, have a CTII/brend on reserve and am looking for a OSS and a strider if they go to production. What other production autos am i missing? I had an APM and a hawkbill halo in the 90's......would be nice to replace them too

    OSP out

I dumped a shitload of customs at 98 blade but have reconstituted a small collection of classics.....the viper came off JD

left to right: 11" and 5 1/2" rainy vallotton D&D fantails in black micarta, #1 of 1 vallotton vipers produced by rainy (not butch) and a sweet pair of 11" and 7" linerlock stilettos by paul panak (BURN).

JD is the place all right and I've found most of mine here. I have had about 75% of their models over the years, just not all at once. Had to sell one to get another ya know. Anyway that is a very nice collection you have there.

That Hawksbill HALO won't be an easy catch. They only made 3 of them as Protos.

Needless to say, very rare and damn pricey if you could find one FS...

VIPER by Rainy, not Butch? This is the first I've heard of it.

As a Viper (by Butch) owner myself, I have several questions I hope you (or anyone else) can answer.
    When did make it?
    How many?
    Does he still make them?

I'm asking because when Butch first started production of them, he said he was going to LIMIT them to a total run of 100 pieces. I don't blame Rainy for doing another run of them, it's a GREAT knife, and I wish him well. I'm just a little concerned the value of my Butch Viper will suffer.
If it's not fun, why do it?

If it weren't for BAD luck, I'd have NO luck at all!
Just because you do not like tea... does not mean you do not need start dumping some. -SoToo-
