Benchmade makes a simple leather Bali sheath, can be worn vertical or horizontal on belt, for like 30 bucks. Has embossed butterfly logo as well. This is a option that would be cheaper then a custom.

Gary Graley will resume make sheaths I believe in the early spring. He makes great looking sheaths, as does MATT COOK of Pinoy Knife.
