Engraved Damascus

Hi All,

I recently took an engraving class with Rick Eaton. It was pretty much a one on one for 4 days.
Just myself and one other guy, so we got to learn whatever we wanted. I've known Rick for over twenty years and he's a great guy as well as my favorite knife maker. If you would care to see some real art check out his site.

Here are a few knives embellished with what I learned. I always wanted to engrave blades... now I'm hooked.

The top and bottom are Ponzio Turkish twist and the middle OTF is Rados Turkish....

You sure do make beautiful knives. With this new skill, I think you have raised the bar on yourself. That is not a bad thing and I can't wait to see what comes out of your shop next.
