Who caught the first episode on HBO last night?

I watched it plus all the behind the scenes info afterwards.

IMHO this in gonna be a great series; sort of a Soprano's in Depression Era so to speak. Great characters, period costumes, AC when it was "the" place to go with the family (pre Disneyland

) and all the booze, broads and vices to keep me happy on a Sunday night!

i thought it was great!

i'm glad to see steve buscemi working as the lead.

always liked him as an actor.

I need to see another episode or two before I make up my mind on this one.
This first episode wasn't bad........but it wasn't that good either.

Shows you how in the 1920's there was many different ethnic groups all involved with some sort of gang activity for lack of a better term. Jewish, Irish, Italian, German and probably a whole other group as well.

Turning out to be a great series and I am glad I am recording it so I can watch it without any distractions

I know you Jersey Boys dig it on principle...but I don't know about this one. I'm trying real hard to like it but so far its not doing anything for me. I dig the chicks but the shows is missing something...can't figure out what but it needs something.

That was a good line though...poor grandma...

I've caught every episode and have thoroughly enjoyed the series so far. It is a bit predictable; that is my only quibble.

I think its really confusing at times, that's my only complaint.
