Dishwasher Safe! Titanium Frame Lock Folder

I Have been wanting to get into folders. When I rebuilt my shop. I retooled for Folders. I didn't want to make a folder I had to worry about and I wanted the best folder steel out there. I chose ATS 34 and CPM154. Then I wanted something tough, beefy and light. So went with Titanium Handles. They say don't put Custom Knives in the dishwasher, trust me this one you can.

Blade is 1/8 thick ATS-34, Heat treated By Peter's Heat Treating to
    RC is 61-62.
    Grind is a Hollow Grind.
    Blade Length is 3''
    Overall is 7 1/8''
    Construction is Framelock
    Handle is Titanium.
    Hardware is Stainless Steel
Weights is 2 oz, soaking wet

    Warranty
I have a no non-sense Guarantee, you break it under normal use. I Promise I will fix or replace it as long as I am able to work in the shop.

Hey Jim, that is a nice looking folder there. I have a few questions about it. Is it a two handed knife? I notice there is no opening device like a thumbstud, hole, disc, flipper, or nailnick. Also, why no pocket clip? Does it come with a pocket sheath of some sort? If one was interested in purchase would you be able to add a pocket clip? Are you going to make another one using the CPM154 you picked up? Maybe one with CPM154, tip up pocket clip, and 3.5" blade?? (hint hint, wink wink)

    Tony
I designed this one with a two handed open, like a slip joint. It opens easily even with greasy fingers, because of the design and grind of the blade. But I will gladly add a Ti clip and Thumb screw if you like. I have 4 blades coming with CPM 154, But it wont go out for Heat Treat for a couple of weeks. The make up of 154 CM and ATS 34 are same. One is Crucible the other Hitachi.

PM sent. Are you waiting on 154 CM or CPM 154? They are actually different.

Jim, that's a very neat little folder. Design shows a lot of Terzuola influence and that's far from the worst thing that could happen with a knife.

I like the two-handed thing, and clipping a two-hander is not a terrible idea.
