Anybody got one (two or more?)? What do you think? Are they as hard use as they look?

I would like to get one of the big ones. They are supposed to preform like you wouldn't believe and they are affordable TOO :-D
It is not the Death Rattle in the throat of Western civilization which is surprising: it is the fact that millions of Americans believe that the death rattle is a beautiful song!
I've got one, or two, ah heck....I've got a bunch! :-D Mine have been used hard and I've seen a few that were literally abused beyond what I would ever think of doing to a knife. So far I am impressed with the durablility and overall performance of the Rat's. They are high carbon steel, will rust if left wet, but are super easy to sharpen and the larger knives like the Battle Rat, Camp Tramp, and Ratwieler are all differentially heat treated.
So yea, I havent found a better "bang for your buck" than the Swamp Rats. The price is right, they are tough as nails, and since they introduced the micarta scaled models, I finally have an affordable hobby that wont make the wife as upset as she was when I unpacked a new 300.00+ "wonder steel" knife! :justplayin: I'll post a couple of pics when I get my host straightened out....
