Well I got this one done. I did thing a little different on the pivots here. I press fit a bronze bushing int each of the blade pivot holes with an 1/8 inch inside diameter and then reamed it out to take the 3/16 pivots. I think it makes for a tighter fit. This is also the first hollow ground Bali (thanks to Stan Fujisaka) I have made, but it's not going to be the last.
The details are like this:
D-2 blade, 304 Stainless steel handles with G-10 spacers
Phosphorus Bronze washers and bushings
Stainless steel hardware
7 ounces, 4 1/8 inch blade and a 9 5/8 over all length
All Bead Blasted
