Sorry to hear that. The best advice I can give you is to not give up. There's a stigma related to cancer... when someone hears they have it they figure life is over. That's not always the case and most people aren't aware how great an effect their state of mind can have on the wellness of their body... and I'm speaking from personal experience. Good luck and stay positive!
