Pacific Cutlery Int. Series Bali (1985)

I've got the opportunity to get a Pacific Cutlery International Series balisong that is marked 1985. From what I understand the International Series were imported by Pacific Cutlery, not made by them However, I'm wondering if this is still considered a collectible piece since it came from Pacific Cutlery (later to become Benchmade)...anybody have an opinion?

edit: btw it looks just like a Jaguar Classic (without serrations) from what I can see in the pics

if im not mistaken thats the model 68... depends on the price...

Actually I think it might be model PC 159, but I can't be sure until I get some better pics. I'll post them when I get them on Monday.

Guess it wasn't love at first sight huh?

I'd rather see pictures than a sale thread though.

That was so irritating that I removed the link.

Arowana... if you want to post pics of the knife... just post them in THIS thread.

I'm not gonna pretend like I understand why that was necessary, but anyways...here are some pics of the bali. I have decided to put it up for sale, so if anybody is interested feel free to pm me. For sale thread is linked in my sig.

Its not that I don't like it, its a great knife. Its just that I'm more a a bali user than a collector, and with the condition this one is in for its age it seems like it probably belongs in a collection.

Its because linking to sales threads in a discussion forum is frowned upon, your still somewhat new and probably didn't know that.

A simple rule to follow is when your in the discussion forums talk knives don't sell them, when your in the sales forums sell knives don't discuss them.

Nice looking bali by the way! I have an all black version. Its a flipper and shows it, those zamak handles loosen up alarmingly.

    Thanks!

You have an all black Pacific Cutlery bali?!? I don't think they ever sold an all black...are you sure it isn't just a Jaguar or something that looks similar?

no I dont currently but in my video of the aerial "eXo" it was the second balisong used for the trick. you can see it for a split second until its obscured.

I really dont have pictures of my balisongs.. oddly enough...
once I get my new phone I will upload some I guess.. I am kinda hating this phone so I went ahead and got a droid.
