Jesse james attacks photographer (knife related)

In a recently released video, an angry James is seen confronting a photographer in front of his business sometime last week. A friend of his tries to get into the mix and it get's funny!

In the video, James yells and gestures at the paparazzo, even reaching his arm into the driver's side window to swat the camera.

The other man with Jesse had a knife, according to Rios, and started slashing his tires. Rios says three of the tires had to be replaced.

In the video, the man can be seen pounding on one of the rear windows of the SUV with the knife, allegedly trying to break it.

Check out the video... The dude is using a knife.. unknown brand with a carbide glass breaker to try and break the windows of the car and FUCKING FAILS! Dude's got some guns and can't break glass with a glass breaking tool..... FUCKING CLASSIC!

He get's angry and then just slashes the tires eventually....

I know James is a knife collector, He's been delivered a couple Matt Cucchiara knives in the past. I don't see him or any of his associates carrying crap, Japanese knives either....

What do you all think about this? I just had to laugh out loud, watching his buddy try twice to break a window... only to have his hand bounce back.....

Not that what his buddy did with a knife was the right thing to do, but the "victim" wastes no time in blowing things out of proportion. In the video he pulls out his knife and starts bangin' at the window. If you listen to the interview however, the guy says "he pulled out a knife and started attacking me".
Can you really be charged with assault with with a deadly weapon if the assault was on a vehicle?

That fucking attorney with an air leak had me in stitches.
Everything about the camera man and lawyer's words said " We wants da money ! "
And they'll probably get it.
One point...........I personally could not identify James in any of the footage.
It the guy who doesn't know how to use a glass breaker takes a vacation , it will be a laugh riot trying to prosecute this one.

I guess after fucking all of those people someone's trying to fuck back....

They would have been in more shit if the window had actually broken..... That asshole photographer could have played it up WAY more if a window broke.
