First off I can not say how special this knife is to me and what it means. Its a great blade that will be handed down to Mia when she is old enough to have her own knife to carry. And now for my review.....
First off Todd's work is incredible. Fit, finish, and feel are all perfect on this knife. I have had the larger model Glimpse and it was just too big for me and my pockets. I like a knife that when I carry it I hardly know its there. The Gents Glimpse does just that. I can freely put my hand in my pocket and not know its there. The liners have the same "cracked ice" treatment that the clip to add to this already beautiful blade. Lock up is about as tight as you can get and the IKBS makes this flipper almost as fast as an auto if flipped right. The best thing about this blade is that its not "to fancy". Some of Todd's work is just to damn nice to carry around everyday. This one is perfect for EDC. This one did come to me used and other than the fact the blade was not as sharp as I would like it to be, its perfect.The hand rubbed finish on the blade is awsome. There were a few light scratches on the blade but that just adds to the "I am gonna carry and use this blade".
In conclusion I would have to say this is the perfect knife in all aspect. The blade can be sent back to Todd for a nice edge since I am not one to try and sharpen blades myself. I would highly recommend Todd's work to anyone and everyone.
