Pretty cool. You two doing mostly heavy compound lifting?
we focus on the basics. bench, squats, rows, military press. i've never been one to really care how defined i was, strength has always been my forte. my son however is naturally lean(and vain), so i gotta feeling he is gonna gravitate towards using cybex and hammer strength machines when he gets older.

Im just gettin' my 12 year old into lifting... it is amazing how fast they get cut at the young ages... the only cuts I have are from fuckin' around with my bali!!![]()
I don't have a son(yet) I do however train my cousin.
