    Lunch time

It is nearly time for vittles and I came upon an old saying of sorts that made me laugh.
I'll tell you it , but would like to hear more........those clever expressions that convey what we are really feeling about something.

" I'm so hungry , I could claw out my guts and eat my own entrails. "

    Next.........

A girl told me that she was so poor she would have to jack off the dog to feed the cat. First time I heard that one.

I am hungry, my stomach has started to eat itself again...
We, the unappeased, the unaccepting, continued looking, filling in the silences with our own wishes, fears, and fantasies, driven forward by the fact that no matter how empty the world seemed, no matter how degraded and used up the world appeared to us, we knew that anything was still possible, and, given the right circumstances, a new world was just as likely as an old one.

My dad used to tell me, "If brains were shoes you'd be barefoot clear up to your ass!" :-D
