    Sunrise

I took the day off, but still got up early. Off to the beach.

    Still dark when I arrived.

    Looking South

    North

About this time I noticed the colors.

    Enough rules?

The temp was 46 when I first got there. These die hards had to be cold. It was flat.

    Nothing like Mission Beach

    Thanks for looking.
I'm going to guess that all of your failures prior to the "revolution" will pale in comparison to how hard your life will be afterward. You will not rise to the occasion. If you can't succeed in a structured, ordered society, you will continue to fail miserably when winning friends and influencing people becomes vitally important.

I was bored, so I met my bro-in-law for lunch and a drive. We went to the Cabrillo Monument. For those familiar with my Fort Rosecrans pics, the monument is past the cemetery and overlooks the city. It is not on the list of must see for tourists, but provides a unique view of San Diego.

Cliff rescue training. Morons keep them busy.

You are not allowed land access to the water here, so surfers must enter by boat. Many anchor small boats or one drops off a group.

    Some views from the top.

Want some ammo? Bet you $100 you don't make it to the second fence.

    The old light house

Fishing boat heading out past the last marker

Bro-in-law taking a pic of some German tourists at the monument.

Do you ever go to work? Beautiful shots of the palm trees in the sunrise!

I try to work as little as financially possible. When I do work I go in at 4am, so afternoon is free time.

    Gee thanks!
As if our impending snowstorm (5+ " tonight) isn't sucking enough, you post those beautiful images of paradise!
Way to make a Kentuckian even more miserable!

    Wonderful photos, Tiny!
