vitadura - I say all of this sincerely and without any irony. The most important thing would be to either get the knife or your money back, right? Well there's nothing that anybody at JD can do to make that happen. It falls to you and filing a complaint with a postal inspector would be a great place to start. It's obvious you reached the point where you feel like you're being taken on this deal. There are remedies available so please avail yourself of them. Otherwise, coming on here and saying "how long until JD does something" rings pretty hollow. I hope you take some action and get a proper resolution.

Otto, I've called and left you at least 6 messages, PM's have gone unanswered, your email account is not valid and you've mananged to screw over a few people for the same knfe. I'm done. This afternoon, I'm filing a complaint with the postmaster and gonna sic them on your dumbass as well.
Well, you guys have your point right, for me the best should be recover the money or the knife, and end of the story, but what about the other users?, so lets think that Otto come up either the knife or the money, should he be able to keep doing sales?, in this case is an small amount of money, so he knows that I'm not driving from California, or sending a horse head, I will put a complain in the postal service for sure, but as I said he shouldn't be able to do this again to some other user of JD, that is what I mean with my previous post, of doing something about it
I made the complain to the postal service, but no sure of what will happen:

Assuming he tries to do more business here under the same name the main thing that would help people know about other problems is their taking the time to search around for information on him. That would yield this thread, which also has links to the threads at BF about him. There's no substitute for digging around to check out people's history in deals. That said, just red lining one username doesn't necessarily guarantee anything in terms of preventing someone from doing it again.
Good on you for filing the complaint. That'll be two, maybe three if one of the other parties at BF follows up as well. Keep us updated if you hear anything.
