Any Devils in Kanasa City. Knife Auction!

On Proxibid it shows the listing for a Custom Knife Auction at KC Auctions.

    Saturday, October 24th, 2009

    http://www.kcauctioncompany.com/

I did not go through the whole listing but there was a bunch of randall's listed. if your in the area it might be worth your time. It's online on proxibid also.

Appears to be a pdf download on the website with a listing of the knifes. It says 35 randalls are in the auction.

What did you have your eye on?

There were a couple that caught my eye... some already have pre-bids and the auction isn't till' the 24th!

    HI Bob,

Could I impose on you to check out a couple of knives for me. Im just wanting to know the condition of the knife. They don't go into that in their descriptions.

Like I said, I WILL BE THERE. No problem Les, more than happy to do this for you and any other Devils. I am sure my phone is gonna be busy Early Saturday morning. I am taking a collection of old CASE knives in a couple of knife rolls and a few Randalls myself to see what i might get for them. Les, give me a lot number and I will personally fondle (sp) it for ya. I can take pics and answer questions. Best to all.

I will try and post results after the auction tomorrow. If it is like most around here, the knives will bring high prices but will see. Call me if you need any info while I am there. Best to all.

Me either, I couldnt hang with the big boys with their wad of cash and suitcases to put the knives in. Came home without spending a dime. I missed a Benchmade butterfly knife for $25 bucks and I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. Damn thing is, I looked at it on the junk table and thought nothing of it, everyone else did the same and the guy that bought it got a big suprise for $25 bucks.

I had fun and my daughter had fun too. The auctioneer even anounced what a good girl she was while her Daddy was there buying knives. I took her to Burger King. She is 6yrs old. Made Daddy so proud.

Les, the people there had a HUGE advantage over the online folks, not only it getting to see the knives but alot of their bids were taken first over the online ones. The computer was fast but not as fast as the people. I do not think there was anything that we really missed out on. Thing is, all the knives came out of a 2 bedroom house in Brookside area of KCMO and the poor guy just bought on impulse. Alot of good knives and junk too.
