That's pretty cool. Did you find that it felt like banging your hammer into another hammer when you started to strike?I made one a while back that doesn't look nearly as good as that.

Yea.....at first it was just like banging one hammer with another but as it took shape it was just like any other hawk. I think it is one of the better finish grinds I have done and the patina worked well.
