tell me more about the handle on the red one. is the scale machined out then filled with black resin?
I bought my 1st RJM about a year ago. I think I might have a problem!
This knife is actually the first knife that I bought from RJ. I bought it from RJ at the NYC show last February, along with an Avenger. In early February of last year, I bought a knife From OBEY1 on another forum. It was a Tanto Devastator with a coated blade. That was the beginning of the end. I was hooked. Obey1, myself and another friend of mine went to the NYC show and we had a great time. I am getting ready to go again in a couple of weeks.
I currently have only 1; a Q-36. Pardon the crappy pix.

great collection sir, here is a blast from the past.
Hey Ed, I currently own that Maple Burl Hunter...GREAT knife! Marked RJ MARTIN 440C 1991, right? I got it from SteveD 3 years ago.
You can certainly see the the beginnings of RJ's contoured handle style that later appeared on the Rampage & Moxie (probably others too) in that knife.
a few 4 now.
Stag Q 36 for the win.
