A true loss to the music world and those of us that were lucky enough to be of that "older generation" that were able to appreciate his contribution.
So many kids of today will be appreciating his influence on music without even knowing it.
Rest In Peace Sir. Thank you for being one of the original Stooges.... and an outcast... and a brilliant influence on bands that are spawned even today and tomorrow.

Damn, Ron Asheton, rest in peace. Not a real well known guy, but I boogied my ass off to the first two Stooges albums.
