I posted these over on "The Devil's Own but thought I'd put them here as well; 4 knives from two great makers; 2 Searles Pattern Bowies from Ed Kalfayan and 2 liner lock "Assasins" from Frank Dilluvio.
Ed Kalfayan Searles Bowie with an Ironwood handle. The blade, guard, and butt cap have been antiqued and there is a brass estucheon in the handle. The metal has been finished with Birchwood Casey Plum Brown Barrel Finish for an antique look. The other Searles Bowie is mirror polished with an African Blackwood handle and NS furniture. The two Frank Dilluvio Assasins - folding linerlock knives with wicked sharp blades - 4"+ blades, titanium bolsters and titanium liners. [IMG]
