    yeah, I'm pretty much pooped.


    My 09 Resolution is to do more Japanese style blades so I kicked it off with a 18" Wakazashi (my longest blade ever, BTW) that I had forged out a while ago.


    Went to quench it this morning but I didn't have a big enough tank to use my Parks #50 so I thought, ehh I'll just use water.........

    Yea, I broke it,

    Forged another one
    Ground it,
    Made a bigger tank the Parks #50
    Quenched it







    Danced around alot because it looks freaking KILLER

    Wow, let me be the first to say that Katana looks killer! Great job!

    can you do an extra shot or 2 of how you construct the handle for that thing?? I have looked at making one myself but the hidden tang stuff doesnt seem to be in my future
