    I have just started to collect these knives and Kubaton.

    Orange Gen 2 XM 18
    Black Gen 3 XM 18

    Flamed Ti Kubaton with Space Pen, Kapo ties and a DNA Scraper on the other end



    Those are hella clean thanks for the show an tell :semper:

    Nice Hinderers RNST. I have a soft spot for those Pens. They are superb.

    The top one is my EDC.

    Thank you kind Sir. New one fresh off the table at Blade 08. Flips smooth as silk.

    These Hinderers are super smooth, an uptick from everything I have handled. Do you like the flipper or the non-flipper best?

    RNST's thread inspired me to start an XM-18 picture thread. Everyone show pix of your XM-18's!!! Here are mine:






    The black one and gray one are off at Rick's getting new scales. The gray one is getting lime green, and the black one is getting a dark green scale.

    The orange one looks like some grail knife to many I bet!

    Cool kobaton too...



    Folder or Flipper - both are great. I guess the flipper for the 'flash' appeal but really hard to choose because the knives feel great in the hand, locks up tight and the grinds on the blades are amazing.

    Your XM-18's are also awesome!! Your thread inspired me to do this one. I didn't want to take away from your thread, so I started this one!

    I LOVE the orange myself!!! That is sweet!! But, green IS my favorite color.

    I would like to see the threads merged and have everyone with Rick's knives to post their pics.

    Good idea?

    Maybe a mod can help us with a merged thread.

    I didn't want to step on your toes/thread, that is why I started this one.

    This is My Most Current Gen 3 Custom Ground XM-18. The Blade is a Two Tone finished Spearpoint. I got this from Rick in Atlanta this Past Blade show.
