    Hi guys. Looks like a lot of familiar faces here from BF. I was happy to see the sheaths and holsters forum added here.

    nice !! I just stuck with awl thru the table !

    thats some thick leather to sew thru ? By hand or machine ?

    The holes are drilled with a dremel and then hand stitched. The awl is nice for thinner sheaths, but when you get out to 4-6 layers of 10 ounce leather it gets a bit rough on the hands.

    I have heard of many folks doing it that way , none as clean as your work. I may have to give it a try...last 5 layer of 10oz I did dam near killed my hands using the awl.

    Those piggybacks are flat out bad fuggin ass !

    I love the X loop with the removable pocket clip.

    Ever since I developed that loop I havent seen such a nifty modification, well done my friend!
