    Hi John, I've heard mixed reviews, which is easier to work with, Kydex or Concealex?

    i make sheaths... nothing too fancy, just simple user sheaths... i also make a bunch of other traditional archery realted goods..

    here's some pics... nothing fancy...

    sheath for a TOPS hoffman harpoon, it fits in the side pockets of my carharts.



    not leather, but here's the last 2 doz. cedar arrows i made...

    The leather work looks well done and solid, nice work!

    Those arrows look very nice! Do you work the wood on a lathe?

    i buy the shafts in raw form and build them from there... i crest (paint) them on something similar to a lathe....

    I've never fooled with leather but I've molded one or two kydex sheaths over the years...............................

    you can just click on the EDIT button (elsewhere) hit the CNTRL +A to highlight the post, CNTRL+ C to "copy" it ( the post) and then hit CNTRL + V to "paste" it here. Unless you knew all of this and you think I am an idiot! :semper:
