Good Things to say about Microtech!

I just wanted everyone to know that Microtech has an incredible employee. I was posting on one of the boards and bitching about my Scarab that had had all but 4 of my skate tape inserts peal off and asking if someone knew where I could get replacements without going to Microtech. I got a reply from a Microtech employee who cut me a whole set of brand new inserts and mailed them to me. I sent in a check for $15 and they crossed in the mail. Had my inserts in about a week.

It is employees that make a company and as long as Microtech has employees like this, they will never fail. He told me he knew the RMA would take a while and there was no reason for me to wait just for this. I am keeping this individuals name confidential as I don’t want him swamped and I know he will help out where he sees that he can help.

All bullshit aside, I think Microtech AND Dalton make great knives.


They put out different styles and amounts, but they are both great.

I have many Microtech knives and only had a problem with one. Bob told me how to correct it and all is well. Bob and MT knives kick ass!
