Sent in my SNG for a pivot repair and a bead blast, and Michelle, Josh, Steve and the man, Mick, took care of me. The knife is smooth, the blade looks and performs great, not that it didn't before, I just didn't like the stripes.

Not only do they make great working knives, but they are good to go.
