Oryx Kitchen knife

I am still fairly new here so i thought i would show you all one of my Oryx kitchen knives. This is quite a popular model of mine.

Its made for someone in the US.

Specs - Steel 12c27 1/8 thick; blade 5.3" long OAL a shade over 10"; textured g10 scales with vulcanised red liners. little bit of filework for thumb traction.

I really like the shape and handle. Only thing I don't like is that you have a ricasso and choil, they get stuck in the food in my experience. Hope you understand that this is just my 0.02$.

Part of why we post on the forums is to get feedback from you guys. Its feedback like this that help us improve what we make. Perhaps on the next run i do i will try do away with the choil and just run the edge all the way. Thanks for the tip.
