Here is the New Canadian Sportsman II.

This is the larger version of the Canadian Sportsman. This model was truly introduced because of popular demand from the folks here on the forums. This knife shares the handle size of the Canadian Camp Knife -- it worked out perfectly with the long blade. The Balance is at the first finger and the blade is fast and maneuverable. There is plenty of Flex for Filleting and plenty of toughness for larger tasks. It makes a perfect carver for meat and would be easily at home de-boning a large carcass in Camp.
