    Hello,

    Hello,
    My name is Dan and I am new to the site.
    I just wanted to drop a line and say Hi, I live in VA and have a strong interest in all things Guns / Knife related. I came across this site while reading about the legend of the JD(Bored at work). I love this site, it seems really laid back.
    I'm not the most prolific writer but I will try to not be such a lurker.

    About me -
    I'm 33 , married and my wife and I are expecting our first baby in August.(not sure if it's a boy or a girl yet)
    I work in I.T. but I don't really like it, it just pays better than the other jobs I have had.
    We live near the Shenandoah mountains and think it's worth the commute to work.(an hour)

    I'm a die hard 1911 style pistol fan, I think Randall knives are worth it, and not much beats all your friends hanging around the backyard bonfire!

    Yes it is. I have two. Pre and post patent. Got a 185 too. I really should update that photo link. I have many more too.......
