    Baby It's COLD Outside!

14 below zero with the wind chill factor!!!!! 4 degrees without the wind, that's gusting up to 50mph!

Somebody PLEASE throw another log on the fire!
If it's not fun, why do it?

If it weren't for BAD luck, I'd have NO luck at all!

I walked outside thinking "Wow, it's sunny!" and then that cold tail wind hit me. Can't complain, however - we've had like 4 weeks of winter this year...? Just enough to make the seasons change. I hear you, MP, with that 82 degrees, but I can't do a constantly hot climate. I enjoy the spring bulbs blooming and the peonies and the bright leaves in the autumn. Earth is such a gorgeous place! I'm gonna visit here often.

I guess I was just meant to be hot and wet.

at fifteen degrees, my boogers freeze.

it was negative sixteen this morning when i walked my poor little doggy. it was just around one or two above when got to work, which is OUTSIDE for me. i wear no less than twelve layers and sometimes as many as fourteen which for real makes movement difficult. i've got bad circulation as well and my hands and fingers become almost useless in weather like this. i have always hated the cold, but i mostly grew up in it and am as used to it as you can be. i'd leave and go someplace warmer, but my sisters are all here and being that they have children, being an aunt is more important to me than being in a better climate.

can somebody please set me on fire?
Yeah, little bit of pain never hurt anybody. If you know what I mean. Also, I think knives are a good idea. Big, fuck-off shiny ones. Ones that look like they could skin a crocodile. Knives are good, because they don't make any noise, and the less noise they make, the more likely we are to use them. Shit 'em right up. Makes it look like we're serious. Guns for show, knives for a pro.
