    Steel CPM154
    heat treated and cryoed then tempered 61Rc
    chef blade length 8 inches over all 13 thickness 3/32
    parrer 3.75 blade 7.5 over all distal tapered from 3/32
    Handle is hand made dark blue jeans mycarta with stainless corby bolts or pins
    Finish 600 grit hand rub
    Price $260 US
